Fire & Ice was founded by husband and wife team, Jim Davis and Danielle Kitson. The Kitson-Davis family was rocked in 2022 when Danielle was diagnosed with breast cancer. While pursuing traditional treatments, Danielle and Jim also began researching and discovering the amazing benefits of cutting-edge therapies such as cryotherapy and infrared sauna in improving overall health and wellness. 

The whole family has since embarked on a path of embracing these therapies, which has led to Jim and Danielle (and Danielle’s mom, Nana Lin) losing a combined 150 lbs. and improving their blood markers and overall health. They feel better than ever, and their boys are thriving as they grow. Jim and Danielle are now on a mission to make innovative and science-backed wellness therapies accessible to the public, and to educate customers about their game-changing benefits.
