Fire & Ice was founded by husband and wife team, Jim Davis and Danielle Kitson. The Kitson-Davis family was changed forever in 2022 when Danielle was diagnosed with breast cancer. While pursuing traditional treatments, Danielle and Jim also began researching and discovering the amazing benefits of cutting-edge therapies such as cryotherapy and infrared sauna in improving overall health and wellness. 

The whole family has since embarked on a path of embracing these therapies, which has led to Jim and Danielle (and Danielle’s mom, Nana Lin) losing a combined 150 lbs. and improving their blood markers and overall health. They feel better than ever, and their boys are thriving as they grow. Jim and Danielle are now on a mission to make innovative and science-backed wellness therapies accessible to the public, and to educate customers about their game-changing benefits.
